1 Peter 3:8-12:
8 Finally, all of you be likeminded, sympathetic, loving, compassionate, humble,
9 not returning evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but instead, returning a blessing, knowing that for this you were called that you may inherit a blessing.
10 For,“He who desires to love life and to see good days, let him stop his tongue from evil and his lips from speaking deceit;
11 let him turn away from evil and let him do good; let him seek peace and pursue it.
12 Because the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous and His ears are open to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against the ones doing evil.”
