Consul Liaisons will establish Moroccan Consul post for declared Moroccan National Sovereigns with City Officials, Police, and Sheriff Departments. Consuls will provide Higher Learning on Constitution of United States of America and Moroccan Treaty Law for City Officials, Police Officials and County Sheriff Department.
Consul Liaisons will review civil and criminal misconduct for law enforcement.
Consul Liaisons will work to declassify law enforcement use of “Color of Law” or “Christian Black Code” status systems through Constitutional Laws & Treaty Study for Higher Learning. Proper nationality identification for all individuals shall be the law for Morocco.
Consul Liaisons will uphold the Constitution of the United States of America and all Moroccan Treaties. [Except the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments which were used to usurp the status of Moors, by making them slaves on paper using “Color of Law” tactics and attempting to label Moors with bi-words such as Black, Negro, African-American, etc. click here for readings.] Moroccan Treaties will always be the Supreme Law for the land.
